1. Timeframe for returns: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund for eligible items. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of returned items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including any tamper-evident seals intact. Any items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted for return. In addition, due to the nature of frozen products, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Refund method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
4. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, our company will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for returns: perishable items, personalized items, gift cards, promotional items, and opened frozen products.
6. Damaged or defective frozen products: If you receive a damaged or defective frozen product, please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product to support your claim.
7. Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct thing to be sent to you and provide instructions on returning the incorrect item at our expense.
8. Cancellations: To cancel an order, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, follow the abovementioned return process if the order has already been shipped.
9. Refused deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization from our customer service team, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
