Ingredients

 2 100g Tropical Açaí Authentic Mix Frozen Packs
 200 g 200g (≈ ½ cup) of fresh cut pineapples
 10 mint leaves
 Shredded Coconut

Directions

1. Rise the Tropical Acai Frozen Packs under warm water for 30 seconds to soften the acai, then add to the blender
2. Add 200g of fresh-cut pineapples to the blender
3. Add ten mint leaves to the blender
4. Blend until smooth
5. Pour mixture into a bowl
6. Add Shredded Coconut as a garnish on top of the acai bowl

Acai cubes variation: Each Tropical acai cube is about 8g, so 25 cubes are equivalent to 2 traditional packs
